Coronavirus Update From Euro Digital Systems

We are continuing to follow the guidelines provided by the Government as well as taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
We will continue to monitor your devices and provide remote support in accordance with service level agreements. However, field-based staff will only be attending business-critical and urgent support calls to minimise the risk of spreading the virus. Proactive and non-essential maintenance calls will be postponed until we resume to work as normal.
To enable us to plan our resources and ensure that we can provide you with a safe and continuous service during this uncertain period please can you email [email protected] from Wednesday 25th March. If you wish to be registered as a critical business and require our services. We will be operating on a skeleton only staff to provide essential services for business-critical type organisations.

This is a slightly different post to the kind we’d normally share but we wanted to write this today to update you on Euro Digital Systems current position in regards to the concerns around the Coronavirus pandemic.
We also wanted to take the opportunity to update you on the steps we are taking to ensure we are protecting the Euro Digital Systems team whilst fulfilling the needs of our customers.
We can confirm that we have had no cases of Coronavirus among the Euro Digital Systems team. In-house, we have introduced a range of precautionary measures in order to minimise the risk of any transmission. We are monitoring developments and heeding all advice from the government and the WHO (World Health Organisation) to ensure our practices are the best they can possibly be to guarantee the wellbeing of our team.
At Euro Digital Systems Head Office and Branches, we have been mindful to increase our activity in relation to ensuring we operate within optimal levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Our staff have all been asked to wash their hands (as per Government Guidelines) – on Arrival and Exit of our Customer Sites and carry tissues.
Internally we will be deep cleaning their personal workspaces to keep them as hygienic as possible, whilst unnecessary travel and some meetings have been postponed.
As a team, we are united in our endeavours to work together to ensure the health of each and every colleague, promoting safety and wellbeing above all else.
In terms of you, our customer: we are still working at full capacity and are as confident and capable as ever that we can fulfil and surpass your requirements.
