HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY
Human rights are the basic freedoms and protections that allow people to live safe, independent and fulfilled lives. These rights include, but are not limited to, freedom of expression, privacy, health and safety, access to clean water, liberty and security, and the ability to work in fair and decent conditions.
In an increasingly global and interconnected world, respecting these rights is more important than ever. Violations such as forced labour and modern slavery remain serious global issues that target vulnerable individuals for exploitation.
Euro Digital Systems Limited has always recognised that our success is rooted in the well-being of the communities and partners we work with. We aim to operate fairly-supporting responsible business practices, maintaining ethical supply chains, and ensuring that all workers are treated with respect.
Euro Digital Systems Limited commits to respecting internationally recognised human rights, guided by The International Bill Of Human Rights.
We recognise that governments bear the responsibility to protect human rights, while companies have a duty to respect them. This includes conducting appropriate due diligence to prevent, identify and address any negative impacts linked to our operations or supply chains.
We do not tolerate any form of intimidation, retaliation, violence, or threats against individuals or groups who advocate human rights, including those exercising freedom of speech, peaceful assembly, or protest in relation to our operations.
Euro Digital Systems Limited has policies and systems in place to identify and address human rights risks—particularly modern slavery—and to remediate any adverse impacts caused or contributed to by our business. In cases where national laws conflict with international standards, we will comply with national legislation while seeking ways to uphold internationally recognised human rights wherever possible.
We require all suppliers and contracted partners to comply with our human rights expectations communicated through our contracts, sourcing principles, and due diligence processes. We take all allegations of human rights abuses seriously and will not work with suppliers who fail to meet these standards.
We place high priority on accessible, effective grievance mechanisms and support a culture of speaking up without fear of retaliation. We commit to ongoing training, awareness and capacity-building for our employees and supply chain partners.
Every employee and supplier has a responsibility to help prevent human rights abuses. This includes:
- Understanding and complying with this Human Rights Policy
- Raising concerns if they witness or suspect violations
- Supporting a culture of transparency, fairness and respect
Branded suppliers, contractors and business partners are expected to align with our principles and uphold similar standards within their own operations.
This policy applies to all Euro Digital Systems Limited employees, subsidiaries, contractors, consultants and suppliers. Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary action for employees, up to and including dismissal. If a supplier is found to be involved in human rights abuses, we will investigate and may review, suspend or terminate the business relationship.
Compliance is monitored through:
- Risk assessments
- Supply chain audits

- Participation in relevant external ethical trade initiatives
